The Law Office of Mark A. Rinaldi was founded upon the basic premise that no one attorney can competently address all of the potential legal issues effecting a client. The Law Firm has always maintained that a client’s interest must be paramount to that of the Firm’s. As a result, the Law Firm, on a regular basis refers its clients to other attorneys who concentrate their efforts on, and are more familiar with, the various legal issues that may face a client needing such services. As an example, the Law Firm does not represent individuals faced with indictable criminal offenses. As a result, any client of the firm, or potential new client seeking those services will be immediately directed to other attorneys who focus their practice on such issues. The Law Firm will not agree to undertake representation of any client in any matter in which the Law Firm does not regularly practice. All referrals are kept confidential and are made instantly.
